Mixed bag, mostly good

I ordered a set of dinnerware and a decorative vase a couple of weeks ago. The dinnerware is really lovely, feels sturdy and looks more expensive than it was. It arrived well-packaged, which I appreciated, as I was worried about breakage. The vase, however, was a little smaller than I pictured from the website photos, but that's partly on me for not checking the dimensions more carefully. Delivery took about a week and a half to reach me in California, which is acceptable for international shipping but not super fast. Customer service was helpful when I asked about tracking, so that was a plus. Overall, a good experience, but I'd advise looking at product measurements closely.

Good deal on a throw

Cute plant, good service

I got one of those artificial plants for my desk last week. It's actually pretty cute and looks real enough. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which wasn't too bad considering it came from the UK. I'd definitely buy from them again, it was a smooth process.

I don't think they do specific gift wrapping services. When I ordered a candle for my friend, it just came in their regular packaging, which was nice but not 'gift-wrapped' if you know what I mean. You'd probably have to do that yourself.

I had to return a cushion that wasn't the right color for my sofa. It was actually pretty straightforward. You just follow the instructions on their site, print a label, and send it back. My refund came through in about a week after they received it.

They definitely have some unique pieces, especially their home decor. But yeah, you'll find some overlap in style with Oliver Bonas or even Graham and Green, especially with things like candles or general 'stylish homeware.' I think The Useful Shop is often a bit more affordable for similar vibes though.

I've compared some of their stuff to The White Company and I'd say The Useful Shop is usually better value, though maybe not as 'luxe' in every single item. But for everyday nice things, they're great.

I've bought a few decorative vases and some throw blankets from them, and I'd say the quality is pretty good for the price. Definitely feels a step up from like, Amazon basics, but maybe not super high-end designer. Good value though!

Yeah, I got a couple of their candles and a mirror. The candles smell amazing and the mirror is really solid. I was impressed tbh, especially with the sales price I got it for.

They're a UK company, so it won't be super fast. I ordered something to Florida last year and it took about 2 weeks. Might be cutting it close for a gift next month unless you have some wiggle room.

I'm in Washington state. My order took maybe 10-12 days to arrive. They do ship worldwide so they're set up for it, but yeah, it's not next-day shipping.

No, generally with most online stores, you can only use one code at a time. I've never been able to stack codes there.
